Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain high standards across food quality, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Handle hiring, performance management, and team development.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
- Solid understanding of P&L, labor management, and cost controls.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
- Hands-on approach with a focus on team culture and guest experience.
